THEY’RE JUST INSTALLATIONS

If there is one certainty in life, it is that here at DrawLight we like to talk…We like to talk a lot.

We talk about what we think, what we are passionate about, what we design, and how we design it, what we like or don’t like (a lot) etc. We talk to each other, we talk to clients, we talk to friends, to those we meet for the first time on a call, and to those who have been with us on this journey for a long time… we talk all the time, we talk to everyone, sometimes even to ourselves.

So, you will not be surprised by this blog, which was born out of a common desire in which all of us at DrawLight firmly believes: to enthusiastically share what inspires, orients, and guides us in the infinite open space of human emotions, creativity, and visual art.

Talking about the complexity of what we love and what stimulates us is never easy, but it is necessary and above all incredibly inspiring, almost therapeutic; it defines you and focuses you – in short, it is good for your spirit and your mind: it improves you.

Clearly, we talk too much, so starting today we also want to start writing something, for you (and for ourselves) in this open space. We thought we would gather our thoughts and research here, stirring up interest and insight on topics that generally cut across human beings and go far beyond our work, being part of our everyday lives. Instinct, perception, emotion, understanding, knowledge, consciousness, and inspiration are just some of the keys to open our minds and senses to a world we still know very little about, just as art and the resulting installations are a means to access and explore it.

Our projects? We don’t want to entertain you by talking too much about the installations (you can find those here) or what we do every day, because we are pretty sure that it is much more interesting for readers to delve instead into the fascinating concepts behind the immersive paths we create rather than the individual techniques we use. Precisely because the beauty and universality of the concepts triggering creative flair are something unique and affect all of us, infinitely more interesting material than the technical application alone.

So, here we are to talk to you, pardon me, to write to you about what underlies human perception, what drives and triggers our emotions, what can propel us to greater awareness and toward change, the evolution of ourselves and our surroundings.

Welcome to our blog

Are they just installations?

Perhaps, but they originate from an inexhaustible, cross-cutting source of universal knowledge and consciousness from which we can all draw and benefit infinitely.

An installation can/should stimulate you; it can raise important issues, it can entertain you, it can motivate you. An installation can also make you feel good. Nice, isn’t it?
